Additional Charges & Refund Policy – Yucca Flowers


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS ARE EVALUATED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.

Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. If the address is incomplete, incorrect, or needs to be changed while in transit, an additional rerouting fee will apply. This fee is set by the carrier based on distance, number of packages, and level of service. Our team will communicate this cost before proceeding.

Substitution Policy:
If a specific flower variety is unavailable, Yucca Flowers will replace it with blooms of equal or greater value. If a customer requests a premium substitution that significantly exceeds the original order’s value, the price difference will be charged accordingly.

Change & Cancellation Policy


Order Changes:
Changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and are subject to product availability. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot offer returns if the desired product is not available.

Order Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours and submitted in writing via email. Once confirmed by our team, you’ll receive a cancellation email. Please note that rush orders cannot be canceled, as they are processed immediately. A processing fee will apply to cover transaction and overhead costs.

Delivery Refusals:
We cannot issue refunds for orders refused at the time of delivery. This applies to orders delivered on your selected delivery date or the surrounding business day. Since our floral arrangements are made-to-order and use freshly harvested blooms, any refusal will still incur the full charge. This policy aligns with industry standards for perishable goods.
